Open Channel Flow in Flume or Weir
Non-Contacting Open Channel in Flume or Weir
Greyline’s Open Channel flow meter continuously measures, displays, transmits and controls liquid level in storage tanks and pumping stations.
It also measures the open channel flow through any flume or weir. Calibration is simple with the built-in 5 button key pad and the isolated 4-20mA output transmits level or flow.
There are 2 built-in programmable control relays. The optional built-in data logger stores 26 million points data logger and flow reporting system and the data is easily downloaded to a memory stick via the built in USB port.
Accuracy of ±0.25% of Range or 2 mm (0.8 in) whichever is greater and
repeatability & linearity of ±0.1%
The OCF 6.1 flow meter that doubles as a tank level meter, making it a perfect solution for both non-contacting flow measurement and level measurement. The ultrasonic sensor supplied with the OCF 6.1 mounts just 203.2 mm above the flowing water giving +/- 0.25% accuracy.
Use the OCF 6.1 Open Channel in flow mode for non-invasive flow, irrigation flow monitoring, industrial flow monitoring, and influent and effluent flow.
The OCF 6.1 for open channel flume or weir has the following features
- Non-Contacting Ultrasonic Sensor
- Large, Backlit LCD Display
- 12-Digit Totalizer
- Isolated 4-20mA (1000 ohm)
- 2 Programmable Control Relays
- Automatic Sensitivity Adjustment
- Built-in 5-Key Calibrator
- Optional 26 million point data logger with USB output to flash memory
