Conoflow’s GT210 I/P Converter has become an industry standard as a reliable yet low-cost current-to-pressure converter. Used widely in control loops, it converts a controller’s 4-20mA output to 20 – 100 kPa of air to activate pneumatic valves.
This versatile converter, weighing only 770g, accepts an air supply between 140 and 1000 kPa and has an overall linearity of ±0.75% of span. The I/P transducer can be mounted in any position and the range and zero adjustments are accessible from the front. The output signal is field-reversible by simply reversing the input leads. It is approved for hazardous area operation (Class 1, Div.1) and incorporates a pneumatic volume booster for fast actuation. Over the last 20 years N&Z has supplied thousands of these robust converters to valve manufacturers, OEMs and end-users. These I/P converters have been operating over many years in arduous and hostile environments with minimal servicing.
